I thought it was paint. Turns out it's called Artillary Fungus. I comes mostly from parking near landscaping mulch. I called Montgomery and they came out to my work the next day and were able to remove all of the stubborn stains. They are a friendly honest company, and I've already recommended them to co-workers.
